倍青口腔溃疡酊治疗小鼠口腔溃疡的实验研究(毕业论文9150字)
摘 要:为研究倍青口腔溃疡酊对实验性口腔溃疡小鼠的作用并探讨其机理,本试验采用口腔给药与静脉注射,倍青口腔溃疡酊小鼠剂量高剂量为0.273g生药/kg,低剂量为0.137g生药/kg。倍青口腔溃疡酊兔剂量高剂量为2.73g生药/kg,低剂量为1.37g生药/kg。西瓜霜小鼠剂量为0.909g/kg,兔剂量为0.327g/kg,同时采用热板法和扭体法,观察倍青口腔溃疡酊对实验性小鼠口腔溃疡的治疗作用和镇痛作用。结果表明,倍青口腔溃疡酊可促进醋酸所致兔口腔溃疡的愈合。倍青口腔溃疡酊高、低剂量均能明显抑制巴豆油所致小鼠耳肿胀。倍青口腔溃疡酊高、低剂量均能明显抑制醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性。倍青口腔溃疡酊高、低剂量均能明显抑制醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应。倍青口腔溃疡酊高剂量在观察时间60分钟和90分钟内能明显提高小鼠痛阈。体外抑菌实验表明,倍青口腔溃疡口服液对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、铜绿假单胞菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、黑曲霉菌都比较敏感,有抑菌作用。

Abstract:In order to study the role of tincture of times green oral ulcers on the young mice of experimental oral ulcers and to explore its mechanism.This study using oral administration and intravenous injection, the high dose of young mice of tincture of times green oral ulcers is 0.273g crude drug/kg, the low dose of 0.137g crude drug/kg.The high dose of rabbits of tincture of times green oral ulcers is 2.73g crude drug/kg, the low dose of 1.37g crude drug/kg.The dose of wtermelon Frost young mice is 0.909g/kg, rabbit’s is 0.327g/kg, while using hot plate and writhing test, observing the effects of treatment and analgesic of tincture of times green oral ulcers on oral ulcers of the experimental young mice. Results show that Tincture of times green oral ulcers could promote acetic acid ,what result in the healing of oral ulcers in rabbits. High and low dose of tincture of times green oral ulcers could significantly inhibit croton oil ,what lead the ear of mice swelling up. High and low dose of tincture of times green oral ulcers could significantly inhibit acetic acid ,what induce the peritoneal capillary permeability of mice . High and low dose of tincture of times green oral ulcers could significantly inhibit acetic acid,what cause the mice befall the writhing response. High doses of tincture of times green oral ulcers can significantly increase the pain threshold of mice in the observation time of 60 minutes and 90 minutes. In vitro antibacterial test shows that oral of times green oral ulcers for E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis, Aspergillus niger are more sensitive and has inhibitory effect.
