摘要:sFBP基因上的多态性位点被已被通过单侧卵巢摘除-子宫切除模型证实与母猪窝产仔数性状组分(排卵率和子宫容量)表现显著相关。令人感兴趣的是,在生产实际中的自然群体中,即排卵率同样对窝产仔数性状产生影响的情况下,sFBP基因上的标记位点是否还与母猪窝产仔数存在显著相关,从而可作为选育中的分子标记加以利用。本研究检测了来源于3个不同猪场的5个猪群(三个猪种)的sFBP基因上一个InsDel(I/D)分布情况。结果表明,在大白猪、杜洛克和黔邵花猪中该多态性都存在,等位基因I呈优势分布状态,在三个群体中的基因频率都大于0.6。利用一般线性模型对各基因型间的窝产仔数性状的最小二乘均数进行比较,大白猪和杜洛母猪在窝产仔数和产活仔数上都呈现出DD>ID>II的关系,在大白猪和杜洛克,DD基因型比II基因型在TNB(total number born,窝总产仔数)和NBA(number born alive,窝产活仔数)上分别高出0.59头和0.22头/窝次,和1.11和0.90头仔猪/窝次。但是,由于群体规模等因素的限制,上述差异并未得到统计上的显著性保证。

Abstract: Two different polymorphisms in sswine sFBP gene have been revealed associated with components of swine litter size (ovulation and uterine caapcity) significantly by employing the UHO model. Here, whether the significant association between litter size and sFBP genotypes would be observed still in the natural herds was concerned, thus could be a useful molecular marker in animal breeding schedule. The insdel in 5’UTR of sFBP gene for sows sampled from five herds (sorted to three different breeds) from three farms were genotyped. The polymorphism was exist in these three different breed, all presenting the allele I as dominant in ratio(>0.6). The LSM of litter size (including TNB and NBA) between sows with genotype differ were compared with the SAS GLM(general linear model).After which, the relationship between different genotypic sows on litter size arranged as DD>ID>II both in Large White and Duroc breeds, bringing the DD genotypic sows with an advantage of 0.59 and 0.22 piglet per litter on TNB and NBA respectively for Large White, and 1.11and 0.90 piglet per litter for Duroc, when compared to II genotypic ones.
