摘要:本论文介绍了在一种以Visual Basic 6.0 (前台开发工具)结合关系数据库Access (后台数据库)开发的面向应用的学校寝室管理系统。系统整体结构采用了常用的自顶向下的瀑布式结构化设计方法,设计时力求简单实用,便于维护。介绍了系统设计的需求分析,需求分析主要包括开发背景分析、业务需求分析和可行性分析等内容。介绍了详细设计部分,该部分内容包括信息数据录入模块,寝室加减分模块、信息查询模块、数据库管理模块和退出系统模块。该寝室管理系统可以完成学生入住、搬出处理,加减分处理,学生住宿信息查询和数据库管理等,使用该系统使得学校寝室管理工作更加合理化、简捷化、高效化且该系统具有高效、易操作、易维护等特点,并且系统结构清晰、界面友好,功能齐全,能有效地减少工作量和提高招生管理工作的效率。

Abstract: This issue have introduced No.9 Bachelor Apartment management system with Visual Basic 6.0 (front desk developing instrument ) combine with relation database Access (backstage supporter database ) develop face used. The whole structure of the system has adopted the top-down waterfall type structural design method,it is strived to be simple , practical and easy to safeguard at the time of the design. Introduce demand that system design analyse demand analyse is it develop between analysis and feasibility person who analyse content , analysis of background and demand of business to include mainly. The part of detail design include information data input module, the bedroom add and subtracts module , information inquiry module , data base administration module and withdraws from the systematic module .This system of bedroom administrative can deal with the student's moving in , moving out ,adding or subtracting the score, the information of student’s living inquiry and data base administration ,etc., Using this system should make the bedroom management of the school more rationalizedly , high-efficient.This system is high-efficient , easy to use, and the systematic structure is clear, the interface is friendly, has multiple functions,It can reduce work load and efficiency of improving management of enrolling new students effectively .
