此次开发的数据库应用系统为人力资源管理系统,开发平台为Visual  Basic和Access数据库,使用Visual Basic设计操作控件和编写操作程序,完成数据输入､修改､存储､调用查询等作用;使用Access数据库形成数据表,进行数据存储｡此系统可完成人事档案管理､员工薪酬管理､员工培训管理､绩效考核管理等功能,并形成相关内容的报表｡通过人事档案管理可反映员工基本资料､员工离岗情况､员工内部调动情况;通过员工薪酬管理可反映员工薪酬发放情况,员工奖惩情况;通过员工培训管理可反映公司员工实际培训情况;通过员工绩效考核管理可反映公司员工的工作状态和能力情况｡在提供员工详细资料的同时,还为保证资料的保密性特设置访问密码,有效控制进入系统人员｡通过本系统,一方面实现了公司人力资源信息的数字化管理,确保员工资料保存的完整性和查询､修改等操作的便捷性;另一方面方便了公司对公司人力资源的技术分析,合理进行人力资源的整合,达到优化机构,人尽其才的作用｡此系统的建立和使用必将简化公司工作程序,提高公司工作效率,为公司进行企业管理的规范化､系统化起到积极的推动作用｡
