本系统投入使用后，将大大减少公司的管理部门的劳动量，改善了企业内部以及整个供应链各个环节的管理、调度及资源配置，使得管理合理规范。尽量合理的控制物流，尤其是材料库存的控制，将材料控制到只在需要的时候向需要的部门按需要的数量，提供所需要的物料，也就是说，它既防止物料供应滞后于对他们的要求，也防止了物料过早地出产和进货，以免增加库存，造成物资和资金的积压。
