小区的物业管理是衡量一个小区是否现代化､规范化的重要依据｡如果能实现小区的物业管理的自动化,易操作化,无疑将给管理部门带来很大的方便｡小区的物业管理就是把分散在各住宅楼内的居民情况实行统一､集中､规范的收集管理,建立起分类编号管理､电脑存储查询等现代化､专业化的管理系统｡小区物业管理为单位和个人提供信息咨询､收费查询､信息发布等服务｡小区物业管理的对象是小区的住户居民及负责物业管理的单位｡物业管理的自动化是当今社会的发展趋势｡本系统通过建立完善的沟通平台(投诉查询/统计)从而搭建了一个物业公司与业主的沟通桥梁｡本系统不仅仅是数据的录入保存,而且还进行了必要的金额核算,收费情况统计及多样的查询方法来方便管理｡所以,本系统具有一般物业管理系统的基本功能,还采用了VB与SQL Server相结合,采用了VB与SQL Server的优势,具有鲜明的特点,是适合现代物业小区管理的物业管理系统｡
