小区物业管理信息系统的设计
摘 要
随着我国城市化进程的不断提高，新商品住宅小区也不断增加，小区物业管理能使业主和住户充分享受到物业管理带来的方便、温馨和周到的服务。近年来，越来越多的物业管理公司走上了信息化的道路，通过适合公司情况的物业管理系统进行规范化、精细化的管理，来实现提高整体的管理水平。本系统采用VB6.0结合SQL Server数据库来设计开发出一套非常适合大多数物业公司内部业务管理的信息化系统。系统功能主要实现了，业主基本信息的管理、物业管理费用信息管理、水电气费用信息的管理、维修信息管理、系统用户操作员管理等。关键词:VB6.0 SQL Server数据库物业管理 think58
