摘  要
机械设备在运行时,必然存在部件表面的相对运动和摩擦,随着设备运行时间的累积,机械部件的磨损量也会大大增加从而影响设备的正常运行导致故障的发生。这些部件也是最容易成为失效的部分,因此它们的正常工作与否是判断设备正常运行的关键指标。设备磨损产生的磨屑会进入到设备的润滑油中,而磨屑的大小、分成、数量等信息都能判断设备磨损的情况,从而达到检测设备的磨损情况和预防设备出现损坏的目的。因此,分析润滑油中的磨屑对许多一体化、大型化设备的监测和诊断具有非常重要的应用价值。
本论文通过金属磨粒与电磁线圈的关系,并在电磁学的基础上建立了在线监测的电感式磨粒传感器。通过分析电感线圈提取的感应信号来确定经过传感器的磨粒的大小。在建立传感器的基础上,本文首先确定了其测量方案。然后针对测量方案设计了两路正弦信号激励源使传感器能够有效地提取磨粒的电信号,并通过信号调理电路结合TLC2543A/D模块将磨粒的电信号显示到LCD1602液晶屏上,最后通过电压大小初步判断的磨粒大小,这样便提供了设备磨损情况的初步监测、诊断信息。

Abstract
Machinery and equipment in operation, there must be relative movement and friction surface of the part, with the cumulative run time of the device, the amount of wear of mechanical components will greatly increase thus affecting the normal operation of the device leads to failure. These components are most likely to become part of the failure, so they work properly or not is a key indicator to judge the normal operation of equipment. Wear debris generated by the device will enter into the lubricating device, and the size of the debris, the sharing, the number and other information can judge the situation of equipment. So as to the purpose of testing equipment operating status and prevent equipment failure. Therefore, the analysis of wear debris in lubricating oils for many integrated, large-scale monitoring and diagnostic equipment has a very important value.
In this paper, Through the relationship between metal abrasive particle and electromagnetic coil. On the basis of electromagnetism, we have established the on-line monitoring of the inductance type abrasive particle sensor. The induction signal extracted from the inductor is analyzed to determine the size of the particle size of the sensor. Based on the establishment of the sensor, this paper determines its measurement program at first. And then the two sinusoidal signal generator is designed according to the measurement scheme. It can effectively extract the electrical signal of the abrasive particles. The signal is sent to the TLC2543 A/D module through the signal conditioning circuit for analog to digital conversion, then The electric signal of the abrasive grain is displayed on the LCD1602 liquid crystal screen. Finally, the size of the wear particle is preliminarily judged by the voltage magnitude. In this way, the preliminary monitoring and diagnostic information of wear condition of equipment is provided.
