煤矿井下6 k V电网防爆开关是矿井供电系统的关键设备,它负责向工作面和掘进面的工机械提供电能。长期以来现场所使用的这种开关载流能力小、保护简单、故障率高,直接影矿井供电的可靠性、安全性和连续性,因此研究高性能的6 k V 防爆开关综合保护系统对提高供电质量、保障人身安全,完善电网保护不仅具有重要的现实意义而且具有较高的经济价值。
本文深入系统地研究了基于 Intel80Cl96 K B 单片机控制的6 k V 爆开关综合保护系统,主要内容如下:
针对大型及特大型矿井供电系统中性点普遍采用消弧线圈接地方式的现状,回顾了国内外矿用高压防爆开关保护系统的发展历史,分析了目前国内高压馈电开关保护系统所存在的问题,提出了“ 基于零序电压基波启动,五次谐波功率方向比较”的选择性漏电保护原理,设计了相应的五次谐波提取电路和功率方向鉴别电路。实验结果表明:该保护原理不仅适用于中性点绝缘的供电系统,而且适用于中性点经消弧线圈接地的供电系统,提高了选择性漏电的动作可靠性,保证了动作值的稳定性。 [资料来源:http://www.THINK58.com]
通过分析6 k V电缆绝缘监视保护的特点, 提出了在高压电缆监视线与接地线之间附加直流电源并利用V / F 转换实现监视保护的新方法,设计了相应的电路。实验证明:该方法可有效地检测电缆的绝缘状祝,并实现了电缆短路故障时的超前切断功能。
以8 O C 1 9 6 K B单片机为中央控制单元,设计了一种新型智能化高压开关综合保护系统。该系统能自动判断短路、过载、过压、欠压 漏电等故障,并对高压电缆的绝缘水平进行实时监测,大屏幕液晶显示器实现了电网参数的轮流显示, 通过拨码盘输入系统各项整定参数,真正实现了保护系统数字化。
综合保护系统直接对传感器二次交流信号高速采样,利用傅立叶算法获取所需电压、电流等参数, 然后对需控量进行监视、分析、统计和判断,从而使可信度、可靠性得到保障。
本文分析了工业生产环境存在的千扰源及所产生干扰信号的特征,针对不同特征的干扰信号,制定了相应的硬件、软件防治措施.该测控系统性能稳定,动作可靠,且易于操作,具有传统保护系统无法比拟的实用性和可靠性。 [资料来源:THINK58.com]

ABSTRACT
The high-voltage flameproof switchgear is a key apparatus for 6kV-power Supply system in underground mines. The switchgear is used for supplying Power energy to HV working machinery or next IV distribution station in coalface. However , there have been many disadvantages with the HV flameproof switchgear widely used in underground for long time , such as smaller breaking capacity ,simpler protection system and higher fault probability , which impairs the reliability , safety and continuity of underground power distribution system.It is hence important to develop a kind of new intelligent protection system with wonderful performances used in flameproof switchgear which can not only improve the supply quality of underground HV distribution system but also perfect its protective properties.Especially can prevent the underground from gas explosion and guarantee the operating safety for underground worker.
