摘 要
本设计根据设计的要求，设计的硬件电路，经过多次的测试，选取好的方案，最终设计出适合汽车永磁发电机稳压的系统的电路。本设计主要采用的电源芯片是电压控制型脉宽调制SG3525，详细介绍SG3525的特点和原理将，并对其构成的电压控制型脉宽调制开关稳压电源进行了分析和实验。SG3525具有精度可以达到（5.1±1％）V，采用了温度补偿，而且设有过流保护电路，同时应用电流控制型脉宽调制UC3842设计一个小功率的电源提供给SG3525工作的电源。功率管采用25N500V，具有开关速度快，工作电流大，耐压高等优点，续流二极管采用MUR1520,同样具有速度快，电流大，耐压高等优点。主要电路结构主要采用降压斩波变换电路来实现输出电压的稳定。
