本文在分析DC-DC技术发展的基础之上,用Buck电路,运用MAX767系列芯片研究一条简洁的途径实现DC-DC直流变换,即应用同步整流技术控制方法,来实现变换器高效工作。该变换器主电路结构简单可靠,可以实现输入: DC 4.5~5.5V,输出DC 5V/
分析其系统工作原理的过程,为该变换方法和应用提供了理论基础,通过同步整流技术的方法和应用MOSFET管的设计,较理想的实现了DC-DC变换器的设计要求。
最后,运用这些设计成功的设计出DC-DC直流变换器。
