随着互联网的发展，人们对WEB 网页的要求越来越多的趁向于动态交互性，而这很大程度上依赖于WEB 数据库。因为动态交互需要强大的信息系统支持，信息数据以数据库形式表示更容易更新和管理。通过网页如何动态交互的访问数据库成为最关键的问题。本论文介绍利用SP(Active Server Page，动态服务器页面)技术,采用网页嵌入服务器脚本(VBscript 或Javascript)机制，并应用ASP内置的数据库存取组件ADO 实现对数据库表直接访问，从而实现网上WEB 信息系统的数据发布。
接下来的文章将用网上办公系统来加以阐述，在此基础上应用基于多知识的Web 网页信息和方法, 在Microsoft Visual InterDev 6.0 和Dreamweaver 环境下编程实现了一个快速、有效的Web 系统。该系统分为前台管理（工作计划、通告管理、公文管理、通讯助理和资源管理等）功能。后台管理（用户权限管理和用户账号管理等）功能。并将所得信息放入Access 数据库中。

此外在完成该系统的同时还分析了系统的整体结构和工作原理，介绍了系统核心数据库中各表的联系。对该系统的实验结果进行了描述。ASP 技术使得WEB开发变得更加简单、快速、高效，因此ASP 与ADO 的组合已成为目前动态网页中访问数据库的最终解决方案。
