摘 要
随着Internet的飞速发展，Web网站已经广泛应用于工业、商业、金融、政府、教育、科研以及日常生活的各个领域，成为信息社会资源共享的平台。
本文介绍了此次对信通系网站设计与更新的两大方面工作的详细流程，主要从设计、制作、测试、更新等方面进行了论述。
设计工作分为主页设计和子页面的设计。主页采用较为清晰的框架结构，便于浏览和了解网站结构信息，使用户能迅速找到所需信息；子页面是相对主页面而设计的链接页面，保持了主页的页面风格，用于介绍学科情况和提供资源下载服务。
更新工作主要为文字和资料的更新。加入了新的学科信息和资源共享，精简过时的信息页，提供了文字浏览的效果选择以方便用户阅读习惯，形成Web的交互性。大量充实了“教学社区”模块，为学生更多提供了有关学科，学习资料的下载空间，很容易地能获得授课和培养信息资源。
根据网站的需求和性质，综合原有网站的效果风格，重新整合了网站内容，设计了方便浏览的框架结构，同时，加入了新闻数据库发布的功能，以此升级了网站的资源信息服务能力。最后我们对网站内容进行更新、充实、测试，使网站焕然一新。

Along with the development of Internet, The Web website is extensively applied already in the industry, business, finance, government, education, research, and each realm of the daily life.
This text introduced two generous detailed processes of work on website design and renewal of Information and Communication Engineering Department this time, and dissertate the processes mainly from the design, creation, test, renewal and so on.
The work of designing included main page designing and sub-page designing. The main page adopts clearer frame structure, which can make users easily browse the website structure information with understanding and find out the information they needed; Sub-pages is the page which is relative to the chain of designing with home page, they inherited the style of main page, being used to introduce the academics circumstance and provide the services of downloading resources.
Renewal work is mainly texts and datum. We added more academics information and resources for sharing and Simplified the dated page, and then, we enriched "the teaching community" mold piece in great quantities, providing a relevant academics, the download space of the study data for students who can acquire resources easily.

According to the need and property of the website, we re- integrated the original web site contents, and designed the convenient frame structure for browse, Meanwhile, we joined the news database function which updated the capacity of information and resources service of web site. Ultimately, We carried on renewal, enrichment, test to the website, and made the website have a brand-new look.
