本系统应用的是ASP编程,在Windows的IIS的支持下运行 , 使用它可以创建和运行动的交互的 Web 服务器应用程序。采用Microsoft Access 2000数据库。另外采用：Dreamweaver 8, Photoshop CS, Flash MX 2004作为辅助工具。
本系统是一个在线花店系统，将传统的花店经营管理模式与计算机网络的综合经营模式结合在一起。将人、机、物的需求、活动和运作进行系统分析、设计并管理，以实现现代高效、科学且安全的电子商务。通过本系统，顾客可以很方便的注册成为会员，对商品进行浏览检索，查看商品的详细资料，然后根据各人的喜好购买心仪的商品。系统会自动为顾客生成订单，按照顾客所填写的信息提交订单并发货。系统管理员则可以对现有的商品进行添加和编辑，审查已注册的用户并对提交的订单进行处理。
