网络版客户管理系统论文

在IIS 环境下，使用 VBSCRIPT 编程语言并结合Microsoft Access 2000 数据库开发出一套网络版的客户管理系统。主要完成该系统的需求分析、系统设计、功能模块实现、数据库设计、系统调试、文档书写等任务。该系统实现对公司员工和对公司客户资料的管理。在功能上能对员工和客户进行随时的查看、修改及删除等操作。这个系统的完成可以使公司的员工档案管理走向正规化而且可以快速录入客户资料，随时添加新客户资料和及时删除不需要的客户资料。最主要的是应用此软件后，不会在出现一个客户被多个员工拥有的混乱现象，进一步拓展公司的业务并提升公司的外界形象。此软件为网络行销公司提供了一个高效率、高质量的客户资料管理手段，解决了传统的人员文本管理资料的混乱情况，使公司的的内部管理更加科学有序，为公司的业务发展创造一个更好的平台！ [资料来源：http://THINK58.com]

Mainly completes this task and so on system demand analysis, systemdesign, function module realization, database design, systemdebugging, documents writing. This system realization to company staffand to company customer material management. Can carries on asnecessary operation and so on examination, revision and deletion inthe function to the staff and the customer. This system completes maycause the company the staff records management to move towards thestandardization moreover to be allowed fast to input the customermaterial, increases the customer material as necessary which the newcustomer material and the prompt deletion does not need. After mostmain is applies this software, cannot appear a customer the chaoticphenomenon which is had by many staffs, further develops the companythe service and the promotion company's outside image. This softwarehas provided a high efficiency, the high grade customer materialmanagement method for the network marketing company, has solved thetraditional personnel text management material chaotic situation,causes the company the internal management scientifically has theforeword, creates a better platform for company's service development!
