21世纪网络科技时代，随着校园网络建设的逐步完善，网络教学成为可能。这套系统的目的是，虚拟一个网络教学社区，达到网上互动教学的目的，可以通过本系统进行一对多的网上教学（通过，教学信息的发布，教学资料的发布，可以让更多的学生在异地，分享教学资源，实现让更多学生远程学习的目的），也可以进行一对一的辅导。通过将长期的网上教学的资料存储起来，供网友们方便的查找，学习。本系统以Web＋SQL Server数据库，实现将老师的网上教学资料发布在网上，可以方便师生间，同学间的相互远程交流。

在WinXP + IIS 6.0 的操作平台下，设计开发了网上《教学互动系统》。主要介绍了这套系统的设计结构和功能，叙述了系统的开发、应用环境和功能模块介绍。
