现在Internet网络聊天室大多采用CGI技术编程实现,CGI有编程较复杂、效率低等缺点。本设计采用ASP技术和Access数据库设计聊天室。ASP是基于服务端的一个脚本环境,具有编程简单、功能强等特点,ASP脚本中采用了面向对象的编程技术,ASP内置的Request对象和Response对象可方便实现浏览器与服务器的数据交互。同时 ,ASP引入了两个对象:Session对象用于保存用户的个性化数据;Application对象则用于放置多用户共享信息。这些都大大提高了制作聊天室的效率。 [资料来源：http://THINK58.com]
