摘要：本文深入地研究了餐饮管理业发展的现状和面临的问题，发现传统的服务模式已经不能适应市场发展的需求。面对来自行业内部的竞争压力，要在宾馆酒店林立的湘乡赢得稳固的市场，成为湘乡第三产业的领头羊，增加地方财政收入，就必须转变经营模式。针对现存的这些问题，结合当代科技发展的最新成果，构思规划了一套崭新的宾馆餐饮管理业服务模式。本文从功能、组成结构、系统的特点和建设步骤等方面进行了详细的论述。

Abstract: The article has studied deeply the status quo of the restaurant management industry in Xiangxiang and its facing problem and found that the traditional pattern of service has already not been able to adapt to the demand of market development. Facing the pressure from internal competition, the restaurant industry in Xiangxiang must change its running pattern so as to win a stable market in Xiangxiang where there are numerous restaurants and became the bellwether of tertiary industry in the Xiangxiang and increase the financial revenue. In view of the existing problems and combining the latest achievements of the development of modern technology, I have conceived an brand new pattern of service for the restaurant industry. The article has elaborated detailed the problems from the function, the composition and structure, characteristics of the system and steps of construction.
